It’s the ladies equivalent to Caveman Training. It’s anaerobic training, which includes, dead lifts, tire flipping, box jumps, sit ups, press ups, burpees etc, but in an intense circuit on a timer.
It’s only up to an hour a time, but the calories burnt are more than going on a treadmill for 3 hours. So I do that twice a week, and an hours Cavewoman Personal Training and I’m shredding the weight.
